These are a little messy to make, but they are so worth it. They are my new favorite brownie, hands-down. I wasn’t able to get the brownie batter to stay on top for the top layer, so the caramel rose to the top all around it. Anticipating this, I actually added the chocolate chips on top of the caramel instead of on top of the last layer of brownie. I had to adjust the cooking time and add about 10 minutes to the total baking time, but they turned out great. Thanks for sharing!
