Good cookies- nothing mind-blowing, but REALLY fast (about three minutes to mix the ingredients and seven minutes to roll it into balls). My mom loved them, and she doesn't even really like peanut butter that much.

The dough will be crumbly and not sticking together, but don't worry- they're supposed to be like that. The oil will hold them together once you form the dough into balls.

Loved the cookies! I just made them (and ate two). :) I added a teaspoon of vanilla and since I didn't have chopped peanuts, I put in some large milk chocolate chips and a bunch of mini-semi-sweet chocolate chips. They taste great! I guess I also made them smaller though since my batch made two dozen "regular" size cookies and one dozen "large" cookies (totally three dozen). Thanks for sharing!!

My family loved this super easy cookie. I was tempted to add flour and I'm so glad I didn't (sometimes its so hard for me to follow a recipe). They really turn out well, and pack a salty sweet flavor. I found smaller sizes traveled better if I was needing a portable cookie. I loved the use of natural peanut butter. Amazing what you can do without flour. Thanks so much!

@cookinglady:: i used silicone mats & parchment paper & it still comes out wonderful! (silicone mats are better!) I only bake mine for 10 minutes-that way they become crisp at the edges and chewy in the center.

Do you have to use the foil? I have the sillicone mats, so I wasn't sure if the foil was a necessary step, or just personal preference.
