I was so surprised! This is sooooo good!!!!! The cocoa powder acts as the flour, the peanut butter acts as the fat and the marshmallow and chocolate chips the sugar. I added a whole egg instead of the egg whites which made it more dense and rich and instead of mini marshmallows I plopped a giant marshmallow in the middle and once it had expanded it created almost like a frosting on top.... LOVE IT!

This was very good! Mine didn't set as much as I expected, even for it being flourless, but the flavor was excellent! It's a good combination of chocolate and a hint of peanut butter, and the marshmallows give it a good amount of sweetness, without specifically being able to taste them. Thanks for sharing!

Best mug cake I have come across so far. I love that its flourless! In my 1100 watt it only takes a little more than a minute. I love the little pockets of melt chocolate from the chips.
