1) Where can I get peanut flour?  I cannot find it at any of my local grocery stores, not even those with specialty food departments

2) Can I substitute almond flour for the peanut flour?  Almond flour is available at most of my local stores.

3)  Are there acceptable substitutions  for the Stevia extract and Erythritol Sweetener?  Although I can find those ingredients in a specialty grocery store, they are very expensive.]]></description>
