Extremely moist and flavorful. I didn’t have enough eggs, so i substituted some for this milled flax thing that I bought, and you couldn’t tell the difference–it also gave the cake a little texture. Overall, the BEST flourless cake recipe on the web. Over the years I’ve searched and tried so many different flourless cake recipes, but this one is hands down the best. Especially with a nice chocolate drizzle and some raspberries:) thank you for sharing this recipe!
