what a beautiful photo! the recipe sounds divine! The first time i tried palmiers they turned out disastrous but this makes me want to give them another try

Nicci, nothing (that I know of) can stand in for the taste of coffee. However, some freshly ground nutmeg would work really nicely with the cinnamon and white chocolate.
