		<description><![CDATA[I was really looking forward to these. They look adorable in the photo and the batter tasted EXACTLY like eggnog! 

However, after refrigerating the dough for five hours (three over the recommended two) I could not, for the life of me, roll it into balls. It was the consistency of frosting. I put it back into the fridge for an additional four hours and it was still too soft to be rolled. 

I ended up using a spoon to drop ball-like shapes of dough onto a waxed cookie sheet. I was able to salvage the recipe but they definitely didn&#039;t turn out very pretty! I&#039;ll have to try this one again and fiddle with the ingredients.]]></description>
