		<description><![CDATA[I just made this because I had a more pears than we&#039;ll be able to eat by themselves. My hubby went back for seconds when he wasn&#039;t even very interested in trying the first piece. He told me to give this recipe a 5.  It&#039;s not overly sweet and the fruit is what shines. I have to say the nutmeg sprinkle is my favorite part. It gives it a very complimentary accent flavor. 
The hardest part is seriously peeling and slicing the pears.]]></description>
