I have long used this recipe for making a frosting that is just a bit different than the norm (and WAY more delicious).

If you want an amazing experience, bake a Devil's Food cake mix, create a raspberry glaze with fresh berries and jam to smother between the layers, then frost with this icing made with White Chocolate pudding, and then drizzle more of the raspberry glaze on top. Seriously! It's wonderful and very very easy for a "fancy" dessert!

This icing was wonderful. But we used it as the filling for a double layer cake. Then I iced the cake with Ree's sticky choc. frosting she used for her cupcakes. It was great!
