I doubled it, and the center collapsed. I thought maybe it did that because I doubled it, then I made it in a regular, non deep dish pan without doubling the recipe, and it still collapsed in the center.

Does anyone have any tips so it doesn’t collapse in the center?

It was DELICIOUS! Easily the tastiest thing I have baked in months. Thanks for posting this recipe, it was a great way to test my new lovely pie pan!
