		<description><![CDATA[Absolutely delicious!!!  I served it to my book club and it was a big hit.  The picture with the rose pattern looks great, but I didn&#039;t have the patience for that.  I used the thin slicer on my food processor so they were super thin.  2 pears ended up being plenty.  I also used regular brandy so I could buy the little airplane bottle vs. a big bottle of pear brandy.  The recipe is a definite keeper and everyone was impressed.]]></description>
