WONDERFUL!!! The frosting is so creamy and works amazingly well with the banana cupcake!

I would probably not use the word easy in the name and set the difficulty at medium. The consistancy of the milk and flour over heat gets tricky…
…or maybe it was just me! =/ Ha ha…
…it took me two tries to get the milk and flour decent and it was still too runny.

Oh…but that frosting is to die for and worth making twice!!!
