What a wonderful blend of flavors! The almond extract caught my eye, as we love the flavor. I also liked the substitution of the pudding mix for corn starch. The addition of the vanilla flavor and creaminess (from the pudding) is wonderful too. The pie crust is super easy to put together and makes a huge difference in the taste. I will definitely make this one again…delicious!
