Instead of bars, I used small (4″) individual baking dishes and made individual crumb “pies” so that I could give them as little gifts to a few family members. I prefer to have more filling than the cake/crumb part, so next time I’ll either make more of the jam filling or put less cake batter in the pans. The hint of tea flavor was great! I used Lady Earl Grey with lavender, and it was beautiful. Thanks for the recipe!
