Instead of bars, I used small (4&quot;) individual baking dishes and made individual crumb &quot;pies&quot; so that I could give them as little gifts to a few family members. I prefer to have more filling than the cake/crumb part, so next time I&#039;ll either make more of the jam filling or put less cake batter in the pans. The hint of tea flavor was great! I used Lady Earl Grey with lavender, and it was beautiful. Thanks for the recipe!]]></description>
