The Oreo frosting…..divine! But the texture of this cake was extremely dry and the raw batter was very, very thick. The frosting helped but perhaps ingredients could be altered slightly to create a more moist cake. I bake all the time and have never had a chocolate cake come out so dry especially one with a whole cup of sour cream. It still got rave reviews for it at the office!!
