It was easy to make and turned out very moist. I expected the dulce de leche to add a lot more sweetness to the cake layers but it really just added moisture. The chocolate ganache topping is super rich, however, so it’s a nice blend with the cake, as long as you get an equal amount of ganache and cake on your fork. Overall it is rich and moist, pretty to look at, and fun to make!
