I had a mother’s day tea at church, and baked these yummy pastries, and received so many compliments! My husband ate a few of them before I brought them away, and when I came home, the first thing he asked was, “do you have any more of those chocolate things?” We are huge semi-sweet fans, and the pairing of raspberries with these pastries is absolutely perfect!! I will make these many more times!
