My daughter wanted something that was either white cake with chocolate frosting, or smores. So we decided to combine the two. We make the cake as directed, but also added chocolate sauce and crushed graham crackers YUM. Thank you!

Oh. My. This is a treat to end all treats. We couldn’t wait for it to completely cool and ended up with warm, light and fluffy cake covered in ooey-gooey butterscotchy-marshmallowiciousness and now we need to go lick our fingers and just purr in contentedness. Seriously, a wonderful recipe. Make it immediately.

I can see this in cupcake form. Sticky, plus marshmallows = my 4 year olds idea of heaven. Maybe I’ll make it with chocolate cake mix and call it Incredible Smart Brunette Cake.
