Major chocolate love here. Very sweet - might reduce the sugar a bit next time just because. I doubled the recipe and baked it in 4oz ramekins - served them with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and a dollop of fresh whipped cream. It was a hit with the family.

Delicious, easy, and impressive! If you are not a chocolate person, beware. These are very chocolatey and sweet. I thought it was almost on the verge of being too sweet. It needed some natural vanilla ice cream to cut the sweetness, and then it was perfect for me.

I made this one night for a dessert after a girls movies night...and I know that I didn't let it bake long enough, but the girls needed their chocolate fix! I did make the homemade whipped cream and it all turned into a spoonable hot chocolate soup...still good, but not quite the fudge I was hoping for. I will definitely bake extra long the next time in order to get the right consistency. I did mine in ramekins at 325 for 50 minutes...definitely need at least an hour, maybe an hour and ten.

I made a double batch of the baked fudge for a dinner party on Halloween night. I used large ramekins and topped it with whipped cream. Everyone raved about how delicious the baked fudge was...I will definitely be making this recipe again...super easy, simple ingredients, and a little "heaven on a spoon"...Thanks, Ree!

i had such high expectations for this dessert but it really failed. The upper crust was formed and was quite good and chewy, but the bottom part was still runny! I already baked it for almost an hour and there was still no noticeable difference.

This recipe was so easy to make and yummy. I did have to bake it 20 minutes longer than the recipe called for but other then that it was so simple and way worth it!

This is an incredible recipe I swear by (and just like the previous reviewer has pointed it, "the most awesome chocolate fix ever"). I find it incredibly easy and incredibly versatile. It doesn't take any time to mix up - I just throw everything together in a bowl and give it a swirl with a whisk, and I love that you don't have to grease your pan/casserole beforehand. It's also the tastiest chocolate dessert I had in my life - and the tastiest one I prepared as well.

Now I do make a small modification - I cut the sugar by 1/4 C and double the amount of cocoa. I also have several variations - one is with dulche de leche (dropped by spoonful directly on top of the batter, and swirled slightly) - room temp dulce de leche works better than straight from the fridge (To make dulce de leche, boil condensed milk in its can (sans wrapper) for 2 hours in water, adding water as needed to keep the can submerged. Let rest in hot water for 5 min after turning off, then remove and let cool completely before opening so the can does not explode). The other fabulous variation was adding strawberries or raspberries (I did both at different times) directly to the batter, and/or pouring raspb. syrup (resulting from straining homemade rasp. jam) directly on top of that and the accompanying ice-cream. I am also planning to add some crumbled blue cheese next time just to see what happens.

Another fabulous thing about this is that if you deliberately underbake it, you will get you a wonderful brownie pudding.

This fudge is excellent both chilled in the fridge and warm straight out of the pan.

Most importantly, the response to my bringing this to parties is nothing less of climatic. Yes, you heard me.
