Its great for piping roses, boarders and getting a nice smooth surface. However I wouldn’t recomend this for the cake filling. Its much to0 cloying and sweet. Fill the cake with something yummy (jam, fruit, real BUTTERcream etc). Then use this icing for the outside of the cake!
