These cookies are a-mazing!

I recently got married and included a "cookie buffet" for guest favors. I did a couple of family recipes, and then two giant batches of chocolate chip cookies and oatmeal raisin cookies. This is the recipe I used for the chocolate chips, and oh my goodness they were awesome! They are remarkably like the cookies you can buy at the grocery store or from a bakery, definitely a texture I hadn't yet been able to get from other recipes. In the salty spectrum, these are a little on the saltier side, which I loved.

My only word of caution is that the recipe makes a lot of cookies, and not all of the batter fit into my Kitchenaid. It's not so ridiculous though that you can't make it fit in your standard mixer.

Good work!
