		<description><![CDATA[These turned out really good.  I was expecting more of a chunk cookie where you could identify the candy bars/ oreos with each bite.  Maybe I shouldn&#039;t have chopped them up so much, but they did blend in well and made a consistent cookie through and through.  &quot;Structurally&quot; turned out great, not too heavy or hard and not runny around the edges.  My co-workers finished off the single batch worth I brought in, but it took the entire day for them to be gone.  As the author said, it did make a LOT from a one batch; I used a mini ice-cream scooper.  Would definitely make again, but maybe try adding malt balls or another candy bar since the coconut kind of melted in.]]></description>
