Not only were these super easy to make, but they were delicious, too. My boss’s wife sent me in some fresh mint from her garden and this was seriously the best way I could use it. I’ve already asked her for more mint so I can make these again.

Is the butter supposed to be 6 T? You left out the measurement…These sound pretty amazing!
