LOVE the flavors! I had to go to the dreaded Wal-Mart to get gingerbread M&M's because Wegmans doesn't carry them, but it was worth it. The only thing that disappointed me slightly was that my cookies ended up extremely flat instead of puffy and beautiful like the picture. I chilled the dough overnight and only flattened them enough to stick three M&M's in each one, as directed in the recipe. However, they were still chewy and delicious. I'm not always big on appearance, but these also look so festive. My 2-year-old niece had been jonesing for a chocolate cookie since that morning and went right for these. She ate two of them! Thanks for sharing!
