		<description><![CDATA[I made these last weekend.  They came out pretty good. The only problem I had was the whipped cream icing. Whipped cream falls after just a few hours and turns back to liquid. Unless you are planning on serving all 24 of these immediately, and having them eaten immediately, the icing won&#039;t last. 

I instead went on the internet and found a recipe for an irish cream buttercream icing, which worked very well. It does get a little hard in the fridge, but if you let it sit out at room temp for a few minutes, it goes back to its smooth consistency.]]></description>
