One thing I do want to point out to anyone who might make these in the future is that the cupcake part makes almost 24 cupcakes, even though the serving size implies 12. I ended up doubling that part of the recipe so I could get more and ended up with quite a lot of cupcakes. However, a single recipe of the filling and ganache was almost enough for all of them.

Overall, these are awesome and definitely something I’ll be trying again.
