There were only 7 of us at our St Paddy’s celebration dinner and I went home with zero slices of my cake. That was the only negative to making the cake – none for the baker – bummer !

Easy with a high reward (I couldn’t find the hard topping stuff and I actually added a whole third of a cup of creme de menthe to my white cake and it was still good.) Now, what do I do with the leftover creme de menthe??
