just came out of the oven and it smells like sweet, sweet happiness. i’m about to go out for dinner but i couldn’t resist a little nibble. which quickly became an entire slice. so delicious and it gets extra points for being ridiculously easy to make and for it’s super simple ingredients list.

I made this with blueberries and baked it in a bundt pan. Ate it warm and it was very good.

I made this two days ago for just my husband and me, and it is now completely gone! Mixed some blueberries in, and it was di-vine! Excellent recipe.

Super Easy and Way to Good!! We enjoyed ours with fresh, homemade Rhubarb Strawberry Jam over it.

My god, I may gain another thigh if I eat another piece!

And I agree with amylynnknits…..great thing to take to parties, picnics and work events!

This pound cake is now my go to dessert for work functions or food gifting.

It is delicate and dense, moist and marvelous. It never fails to get compliments and generous thanks.

It bakes up well every time and doesn’t need any accompaniment. Although I always make the icing because I am an an unrepentant lover of sweets.

This is simple perfection in a pound cake. Thank you so much for the recipe. It is so good served with berries and real whipped cream. I can’t wait for strawberry season around here.
