		<description><![CDATA[Yum!!  We need a bit of help before we post this:
- I am not sure I totally followed your instructions for the pastry cloth board.  Could you add some more detail? What size and type of cloth do you use (like a tea towel perhaps)?  And then do you spread the cloth on top of the board before rolling out the dough?  You mention placing the dough in the center of the board (and you don&#039;t mention what to do with the cloth after adding the flour and sugar into it). 
- Also, would you add a note of instruction to tell folks how to transfer the dough to the pan? 
- And for baking, would they just use their own pie recipe or do you have specific instructions for baking this crust (like if someone needed a pre-baked crust)?
