I really wanted to love this recipe. It just didn't work for me. I'm a drop cookie kind of girl - totally low maintenance cookies are my thing. And the dough was so crumbly that it took some time to shape the dough into balls and cover with the sprinkles.

They were super tasty, though. Just a bit too time consuming for me.

Excellent cookie- very light and delicious! I got alot more than a dozen per recipe out of it, and I did the 1 inch balls, I think but that's a plus, anyways.

I cheated a little, didn't realize I didn't have a cookie sheet and didn't see the need for parchment paper until it was too late but using a cake pan, Pam for baking and about 5 additional minutes cooking time, they still came out great. The only issue I had was that I put the excess dough into the fridge between batches, and I had to leave them out to warm to room temperature to get the sprinkles to stick. Great treat, going to package them up and give them away as holiday treat gifts!
