These cookies are excellent and easy to prepare. I’ve made them many times since originally finding this recipe. Besides the heavenly cranberry/orange combination, which is what caught my attention, the cookies have a wonderful texture. They do not crumble apart when you eat them like some shortbread cookies tend to do. Love this recipe!!!

These cookies are excellent. I found the recipe on Friday and I’ve already made them twice…and it’s only Sunday!!! Besides the heavenly cranberry/orange combination, which is what caught my attention, the cookies have a wonderful texture.
