Some modifications:  I use 1/8 cup of melted butter, because I don&#039;t have applesauce.  And I added about 1/2 cup of dried apricots.

We always called them &quot;Kitchen Sink&quot; cookies, cause you could add everything, but the kitchen sink, and they always turned out great. I&#039;m so changing the name on to Cowboy Cookies in my recipe book. Lots more appetizing!
