I even purchased the cookie butter and cookies right after reading the post. Never knew cookie butter ever existed! FINALLY had the opportunity yesterday (Labor Day) to make! So glad I did! Pie was very easy to make and is wonderful smooth with a cookie crunch from the crust and topping. If you like the taste of the cookies when you fly (Delta has them), you will love this pie! Crust is so much better than a graham cracker crust! Thanks for the post!
