This pie was super easy to make and tastes wonderful! I only had 3 peaches, so not quite 4 cups, but it was fine. My filling wasn't runny at all. I let it bake a little longer so the sugar temp got hotter I think causing it to not be so soupy. It really is a great tasting pie!

I made this last night and it tasted great (I added a 1/4 tsp of nutmeg as well) but the filling is very soupy, as the photo indicates. I spooned about a cup of the liquid of of the pie (it would be amazing on ice cream!) before wrapping it up to put in the fridge. Just a heads up for anyone expecting a more firm pie filling.
