These are amazing! I put 1 cup of chocolate chips on top and they are perfect that way. This is my favorite “go-to” dessert.

Just made these…my two sons, husband and me – LOVED THEM!! I omitted the coffee and used vanilla extract instead of almond. But really good!!

I’ve made these several times and after meaning to write a review each time, I finally am. These are amazing as is!! It’s a very versatile recipe if you’d like to switch it up, but I have yet to do that as we love them so much!

I loved this recipe. At first the flavor combination seemed a little odd, but the almond extract and coffee worked well together.

These were wonderful! I made the recipe as is, but put the bars in a smaller (7×11″?) pan. For good measure and at the pressuring of my husband, I threw some Heath Bar bits on top in the last 5 minutes of baking. Oh, my! We’ll make this again!

Just pulled these out of the oven, and I already know I’ll make them again. I had just popped them in when I saw that someone suggested shredded sweetened coconut, so I dumped some on about five minutes in. Amazing!

(vanilla extract, 2 cups flour, semi-sweet chips and coconut)
