The flavor of these cookies is wonderful. They have a great crispy and chewy texture. Here on TastyKitchen I notice there's not really any directions for forming the cookies. I visited your blog post and I love the way you had cut them into hearts and perched them on the rim of coffee cups. Unfortunately we had terrible luck with cutting them into shapes. When we made them, we let them chill for several hours, then rolled them into sheets and let them chill again before cutting. They spread a LOT and ran together even though there was plenty of space between. There was no definition to the shape. Great cookie for eating, not so much for cutting/decorating.
