I will also say, they look NOTHING like the picture. I suspect that because there is only 1 stick of butter in the batch and it uses baking powder instead of baking soda, these cookies do not spread at all. I had to pat them down before baking them to not have them be a ball shape. That being said, I would like to experiment to see if I can tweek the recipe to have them spread on their own, but my kids LOVED the coffee/mocha flavor.
