Perfect!! I was craving something coconut and this cake turned out perfectly. I used skim milk for the glaze and would not do that again. Probably should use whole milk or at least something with some fat in it.

I made this for a coconut-loving co-worker’s birthday, and she LOVED it! She keeps adding “make coconut cake” to my to-do list on my desk. My husband loves it too.

Excellent recipe! I used coconut milk instead of regular milk and added some toasted coconut on top of the cake. My family really enjoyed it. Thanks for sharing!
