This was a nice change of pace — moist and chewy. Should make sure to make it as thin as possible next time.

I made these when my in laws where visiting and everyone loved them. Really nice flavor and nice and chewy. I did add pecans and we liked the addition. Thanks for sharing the recipe!

So perfect. I underbaked them just a tiny tiny bit (or maybe it was that I used a 2 tbsp. scoop!) and they were so perfect. Thanks for this awesome recipe. It’s a keeper.

Great cookie! Nice chewy texture and buttery flavor. Love that the recipe is easy to halve for a smaller batch when needed. Thanks for sharing.

Lovely, lovely cookies. So delicious — even to those who aren’t usually fans of coconut. And terribly addictive. If I have to have them at home, I only bake off a tray at a time … otherwise I will eat the entire batch. The dough freezes wonderfully, too. I usually form the dough into balls, flash freeze, and double wrap them before storing them in the freezer. YUMMY.
