Coconut Cream is both mine and my boyfriend’s favorite pie. I’ve always wanted to make one at home and after reading this recipe I went for it. It all went great and we gobbled it up! I look forward to making some more of Fanny’s recipes using her shortbread dough. This was also my first custard. The most difficult part for me was waiting a few hours for it to fully chill before we could eat it. Thanks, Fanny!!!
