There was not a lot of coconut taste in ours but when I wasn’t looking the milk mixture started to boil which may have reduced the flavour. Definitely will make it again.

I used the full-fat coconut milk and substituted bitter chocolate for the semi-sweet and it tasted wonderfully decadent.

I used 1 T. of cornstarch because another reviewer mentioned that it didn’t set up, and next time I might use 3/4 T. instead. The most important thing that I did horribly, horribly wrong though, was not to mix the cornstarch in well enough. It looked like it was incorporated, but it was NOT and my pudding was very lumpy. Don’t be like me! Mix well!
