		<description><![CDATA[I have never tried this recipe with anything other than half and half, but you could try equal parts milk and cream.  Also, I found this information on the Google:
Half-and-Half Substitute ~ For dishes that are cooked or baked, you may substitute 4-1/2 teaspoons melted butter plus enough whole milk to equal 1 cup. One cup of evaporated milk may also be substituted for each cup of half-and-half cream.  I hope that works for you!!]]></description>

		<description><![CDATA[YUM! Just whipped up a batch of this chocolate pudding and it could not be easier. Took about 15 minutes to make and I had all the ingredients on hand. Instead of 2 c. of half and half, I used 1 cup of whole and 1 cup of half and half since that was what I had in my fridge. The final pudding is very rich and creamy. I serve it warm for a comforting winter dessert. Tastes like the inside of a lava cake!]]></description>
