LOVE these cookies. I’ve made them multiple times now, sometimes as a pizookie and other times as regular cookies. Delicious. I only use 1.5 cups of chips and that is plenty. The texture is great. Normally bites without chocolate chips are a disappointment, but not with these cookies. The batter is so tasty! I have a multitude of chocolate chip cookie recipes, but I will cast them aside and only use this one.

I haven’t even made these yet and I love that the butter is added cold. I never have butter sitting at room temperature, and so many recipes call for that!

Amazing cookies! They were easy to make, and by far turned out better than any chocolate chip cookie I’ve ever made! The dough was really, really thick, and so I mixed most of it by hand. I also used chocolate chunks instead of chips in mine, and it turned out great! I’ll be saving this recipe!

These were great!! We brought them to a friends house, where they were a big hit with the adults & kiddos. Wonderful basic chocolate chip cookies!!

Solid recipe – I added a titch more vanilla, and was quite impressed. Mine were a little larger, and baked for about 14min, with good results.

We entered these cookies into our local fall fair and my daughter got second place out of 10!! So not only is this a 5 mitten it’s an award winning recipe now! : ) Next time I think I will increase the Vanilla to 2 teaspoons. Thank you for the recipe!!
