Brownies have never been this decadent before! Gooey, rich, begging for milk or ice cream! Serve them to your grown up friends, and expect them to ask for the recipe!
1. Prepare a 9-inch square pan with Pam or butter, and set aside. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. In the bowl of a stand mixer, cream together the butter and sugar until smooth. Add the eggs one at a time, beating for 1 minute after each addition. Then add the vanilla and cream or milk.
3. Combine the dry ingredients (not the truffles yet) in a separate bowl, then stir into the batter. Add the cut up truffles and just stir to combine.
4. Spread batter into the pan and bake for 30-35 minutes. Do not overbake, brownies should be just slightly underbaked for best results. Cool completely, then cut into 12 squares.

I just happen to have several packages of Lindor truffles on hand and only had plans to scoff them down when no one was looking. Now I will definitely use them in these brownies, which look delicious.

These are amazing! And I have to ‘fess up to a big mistake. When I came back after making these to give them a great review, I accidentally clicked on like a 3.5 and so I single handedly brought the rating down on this most awesome and easy brownie recipe. I am so very sorry for this not having a full 5 mitts, which it is entitled to. I tried to see if TK’s staff could fix/change but no dice for now. This is now my standard, go-to brownie recipe!
