I, too, was looking for a corn-free recipe, and this is PERFECT! SO much better than the stuff at the store! It was excellent in my homemade mocha this morning, and I am looking forward to using it in other ways, too!

Thanks so much for this recipe! I was looking for a corn and dairy free recipe for my allergic son, but this is a recipe the whole family enjoyed! The sauce sets up on ice cream which the kids had a lot of fun with. Nice and fudge-y too!

Tasty! I love the simplicity of it, since I always have cocoa powder on hand but rarely baking chocolate. I added some choc. chips when it was done to make sure it was thick and fudgey!
