		<description><![CDATA[oh no, I&#039;m sorry about the negative review! I&#039;ve only made them once, but everyone seemed to really like them.  The dough shouldn&#039;t be cracking or hard to roll at all. I was actually surprised at how easy it was to work with. I can see why the dough wouldn&#039;t taste great on its own. I think the addition of the coarse sugar on top is important - adds extra sugar and crunch. These are not overly sweet cookies. They&#039;re perfect with a cup of coffee, kind of like biscotti. If you try them, I hope you like them!]]></description>

I was very disappointed, after following the recipe exactly as written, the dough was dry and broke apart when trying to shape it into the pretzel.
