A moist chocolate pound cake made with buttermilk.
Ingredients
2-½ cups Flour
2 cups Sugar
1 cup Buttermilk
1 cup Vegetable Oil
1 cup Hot Tap Water
½ cups Cocoa
2 whole Eggs
2 teaspoons Baking Soda
1 teaspoon Vanilla
½ teaspoons Salt
Preparation
Mix all ingredients together and pour in a greased and floured bundt pan. It will not be a thick batter.
Bake for about 50 minutes to 1 hour at 350 degrees. You can sprinkle it with powdered sugar if you want to be fancy.
