I made this over the weekend and the only issue I had was trying to get the chocolate to melt. We used Trader Joe’s brand semi-sweet chocolate chips. After at least 20 minutes, googling, and switching bowls for the double-boiler (in case that was the issue), my husband tried adding more butter to see if it would help the chocolate. It worked! We ended up having to add a total of 5 tablespoons to the chocolate. The finished product was very good.
