used this recipe for a cookie exchange and they were a huge hit. Instead of using the crushed candycanes I used the peppermint sprinkles since I already had them. They were so tasty. easy and quick to make. will make these again at the holidays

This was one of the two recipes that I used for my cookies at my holiday cookie swap this year. They were a huge hit! Thanks for the awesome recipe! These taste as yummy and festive as they look.

These cookies are AMAZING!!! Better make sure you use a good mixer–the dough got so dense my little handheld mixer was groaning. It was worth it though…the chocolate and peppermint just explode in your mouth.
