I was looking for a recipe that turned out like Panera Bread’s Chocolate cookie and these are just like them. I didn’t actually make them peppermint…I substituted vanilla and chocolate chips for the peppermint flavoring and crushed peppermints. I’m sure they are great like that too! But as the base, it is a great recipe. Thanks Annalise!
